History of 38 (Crieff) DF
38 (Crieff) DF is located in the picturesque scenery of Strathearn and kindly accomodated by the Royal British Legion on Perth Road. We actively parade every Wednesday nights and partake in a variety of activites including flying, gliding and shooting. With a very dedicated staff team, 38 (Crieff) DF continues to provide the community with a vital, modern, youth organisation which performs beyond expectations. There are fantastic opportunities to be involved in activities which normally would not be available. Whether you would like to join as a cadet or as adult staff, you will not be dissapointed.
Our Parent Squadron
38F (Perth) Squadron is our parent squadron 15 miles away in the city of Perth. Our air cadet unit is a 'detached flight' this means that we are part part of 38F (Perth) Squadron and as such enjoy a very healthy relationship with its staff and cadets. 38F is one of the original 50 founder squadrons introduced throughout the U.K as part of the Air Training Corps' inception. It has actively been parading in Perth for over 50 years.
